Black Garlic Bruschetta


  • One baguette or loaf of country bread
  • Bulb of black garlic (or more as needed)
  • Olive Oil
  • Toppings as desired: tomatoes (chopped) and basil, burrata or ricotta or feta, sauteed mushrooms, mashed avocado, roasted peppers


Slice baguette on diagonal or thinly slice country bread. Toast bread.

Meanwhile mash cloves of black garlic with olive oil and season to taste with salt.

Spread black garlic/olive oil paste on bread and top as desired!

Drizzle with olive oil and flaky sea salt.
