Microgreens

Similar to sprouts, microgreens can refer to a wide variety of edible shoots of germinated beans, seeds, or grains. Some of the most popular microgreens come from peas, beets, kale, and broccoli. Here at Boston Organics, we get our microgreens from Jonathon's Sprouts in Rochester, MA.

Refrigerate your microgreens in a loose plastic bag perforated with a few holes so that water doesn't condense. If your microgreens arrived in a plastic clam-shell container you can refrigerate them in the container. Try to use as quickly as possible for the best flavor and texture.
