Roasted Easter Egg Radishes


  • 1 Bunch Easter Egg Radishes, or similar variety
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Unsalted Butter to taste
  • Course salt to taste


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean radishes.  Trim off greens and root from radish bulb.


2.  Coat radish bulbs evenly with butter and sprinkle with lemon juice and salt to taste.


3.  Bake on parchment-lined sheet pan for 30 minutes.  Radishes will look wrinkled.


4.  Remove from sheet and serve.
