Garlic Scape Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • Garlic scapes
  • Cream cheese
  • Dill

Recipe

Chop your garlic scapes. Combine with cream cheese, probably in a bowl with a spatula. Add chopped fresh dill if you'd like. Put this on crackers, sandwiches, or use it in an omelet!
