Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet stevia (optional), can use other sweetener or brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 apple


1. Place everything, other than apple into a mason jar the night before.

2. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.

3. In the morning, chop up the apple and add it to the mason jar. Take it with you and enjoy!
