Strawberry Salad Vinaigrette


  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste


    1. Add balsamic vinegar and honey to a medium bowl and whisk. Add the sliced strawberries and toss to coat. Let sit for 30-minutes.
    2. Add the macerated strawberries, olive oil, salt, and pepper to bowl of a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
    3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes about 1/2 cup.
