Chinatown Vegetable Medley


  • 1 tsp. cooking oil
  • 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 bel pepper, seeded and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 onion, cut into 1 pieces
  • 2 oz. baby corn
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster flavored sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil



Combine broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and set aside. Place a wide frying pan over high heat until hot. Add oil, coating sides, and it heat up. Add veegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook covered for 5 minutes.
