1. Place sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes and red onion in a medium size mixing bowl. Add chopped parsley and set aside.
Make the vinaigrette:
1. Place white balsamic vinegar in a mixing bowl and drizzle olive oil into vinegar slowly while vigorously whisking until thickened. Whisk in honey, sugar, sea salt, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder and white pepper until fully combined.
2. Drizzle vinaigrette over the vegetables. Set aside on the counter for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to combine. Gently toss just before serving.
