Easy Herbed Potatoes


  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1.5 tsp paprika


Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and scrub the potatoes, and cut each potato in half. (For larger potatoes, cut them into quarters.)

Place potatoes on a large square of foil large enough to fold over.

Add the olive oil, herbs, wine, and paprika to the packet. Seal it up, and place it in the oven.

Bake for 30-45 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes.

(If youd prefer to forego the foil, you can use a covered pan appropriate for roasting.)
