Creamy Cumin-Lime Vinaigrette


  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt


Using a mortar and pestle or the back of a fork, mash garlic into a paste. Combine garlic, yogurt, lime juice, cumin, olive oil, and honey. Whisk until combined. Taste dressing and add more honey if you'd like it sweeter, and your preferred amount of salt.

This dressing will keep for several days refrigerated in a sealed container.
