Kumquat Ginger Vinaigrette


  • 2 cups kumquats, halved and seeds removed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an air tight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
