Zesty Meyer Lemon Dressing


  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil


Whisk together chopped fresh parsley and remaining ingredients, except oil, in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.

Top your favorite winter salad or fish. 

If chilled, let stand at room temperature 15 minutes. Whisk before serving.

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days.
