Deadon Cabbage with Ginger and Garlic


  • 1 head Deadon cabbage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 tbsp minced ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • juice of one lime


Core and shred the Deadon cabbage into about 3/4 inch slices.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet on medium high.

When the oil is hot, add the cabbage and stir fry until it starts to wilt. Be wary of overcooking the cabbage.

Add garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook one minute.

Add the ginger and cook one minute more.

Drizzle the dish with lime juice and serve.
