Blueberry Yogurt Ice Pops

  • 10 oz fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbl honey
  • 10 oz greek yogurt


1. Blend the blueberries in a food processor or blender until you've achieved a smoothie-like consistency.

2. Pour the thick liquid into a large bowl and stir in the honey. Add the yogurt and gently mix together - don't fully combine as you'll want the patches of swirly white and purple.

3. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
