1. Add the walnuts into the food processor and pulse to obtain a chunky crumble. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse to get a dough. Shape the burgers using your hands and line them on a plate.
2. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil into a non-stick skillet, add the burgers, cook for 3 minutes on one side then flip and cook 3 more minutes. Assemble with red onion, micro-greens and yogurt to serve.
