Strawberry-Basil Lassi


  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 2 to 3 leaves fresh basil, plus more for garnish
  • Generous pinch freshly ground black pepper


Whizz all of the ingredients together in a blender. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with small basil leaves.
