1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with baguette slices. Toast bread for 4-5 minutes on each side.
2. Remove bread from the oven, rub raw garlic clove on each slice of baguette.
3. Mix tomatoes, basil, and shallots with drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Scoop spoonful of tomato mixture onto each baguette slice and serve. Add fresh mozzarella if you'd like. Enjoy!
