Simple Frozen Banana Sorbet


  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey


1.  Peel the banana and cut into chunks about 1-inch long.

2.  Put the banana, lime juice and honey in a food processor and process by pulsing until pureed but still a little chunky.

3.  Spoon into a serving dish and serve. 

For even more flavor, garnish with chocolate sauce or nuts!
