Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce


  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • cooking spray, or olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbl butter
  • 1 tbl soy sauce
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper on baking sheet. Bake asparagus 12 minutes or until tender.

2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the baked asparagus to serve.
