1. Pre-heat the oven to 415°F. In a skillet, heat the oil. Add the onions and 1 tbl maple syrup. Lower the heat, allowing the onions to slowly caramelize.
2. Stretch the pizza dough so it fits in a 9x12 pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
3. Drizzle the remaining maple syrup over the pizza dough. Spread the caramelized onions and apples on the pizza. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown.
