Tomato Rosemary Focaccia


  • 1 16oz Tusacan Pizza Company organic white pizza dough
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced


Grease a baking sheet. Roll out the dough and lay it on the sheet.

Combine the oil, garlic, salt and half the rosemary; spread over crust. Top with tomatoes and onion; sprinkle with remaining rosemary.

Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cut into rectangles.
