Tomato, Feta and Oregano Salad


  • One large or two medium tomatoes
  • One or two cloves of garlic
  • Feta Cheese
  • Fresh oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Olive Oil


Peel, seed and chop one large ripe tomato, or two medium tomatoes. Crumble feta over the tomato. Mince your garlic, and add. Add olive oil, freshly ground black pepper and chopped oregano. Mix and mash until still chunky, chill for ~30 minutes, and spread on hard bread like French.
