1. Place walnuts in food processor and pulse to obtain chunky crumble. Add remaining the ingredients and pulse to get a dough. Shape burgers using your hands and place on plate.
2. Heat 1 Tbsp coconut oil into a non-stick skillet, add burgers, cook for 3 minutes on one side, flip and cook 3 more minutes. Assemble with red onion, micro-greens and yogurt to serve.
