Oregano Infused Paloma


  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • 4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz oregano simple syrup
  • club soda
  • coarse sea salt
For the Oregano Simple Syrup:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 sprigs oregano


Prepare the simple syrup. Combine Ingredients in small sauce pan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is disolved. Allow to cool, then strain.

Salt the rim of a coupe glass. Combine tequila, grapefruit juice and oregano syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake briskly. Strain into a glass and top with soda.
