Combine broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and set aside.
Place wide frying pan over high heat until hot. Add oil, coating sides, and allow to heat up. Add veegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until just beginning to get tender.
Add sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook covered for 5 minutes.
Serve over rice with steamed shrimp, tofu or chicken.
