Mint Lassi


  • 1/2 c. yogurt (plain)
  • 1 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • Sugar or honey to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 big sprigs Mint leaves


Combine all ingredients except ice and mint leaves in blender and blend for a few seconds or about a minute. Pour into chilled glasses, add ice. Garnish with mint leaves if desired. Try it with other fruit juices as well!
