Plum Salsa


  • 4-6 small-medium ripe plums, diced
  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 minced seeded fresh jalapeño pepper (wear rubber gloves)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar, or to taste


In a bowl, combine plums, onion, coriander, mint, jalapeño, lime juice, and sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
