Roasted Grapes


  • Grapes, a generous handful for each person being served
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil, or more more if making a big batch
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Thyme, optional


Preheat oven to 425.

Toss all ingreients together on baking sheet. Place on oven for approximately 20-30 mins, until blistered amd slightly shrunken.

Serve with pork, chicken , fish, in salad, on a cheese board or over ice cream
