Spicy Peanut Sauce


  • 1-2 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c smooth peanut butter
  • 1/3 c soy sauceĀ 
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 1-3 tsp The Kitchen Garden Sriracha
  • 1/2 c finely chopped cilantro


Whisk all ingredients together and thin with water to desired consistency.

Ways to use:

Drizzle over roasted root vegetables with rice.

Toss with thin noodles and julienned vegetables like carrots, cucumbers, red peppers, shredded cabbage.

Serve as a sauce with tofu.

Use as a dipping sauce for fresh summer rolls
