Remove and wash radish greens. Thinly slice greens and set aside.
Thinly slice radishes and cucumbers. In a large bowl, toss cucumbers and radishes together with salt. Add in vinegar, olive oil and lime juice; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, fold in thinly sliced radish greens. Enjoy!
