Kettle Corn

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/3 cup corn kernels for popping
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • Salt, to taste

Recipe

Place oil and three corn kernels in the bottom of large pot with lid over medium heat. When first kernel pops add remainder of corn kernels, cover and turn heat down to medium low. Cook over medium low heat shaking pot constatly until popping slows to only one or two pops at a time. Remove pot from heat, remove lid and sprinkle with sugar and salt, cover pot and shake again. Empty into bowl and serve!
