Green Goddess Dip


  • 2 small ripe avocados
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed parsley leaves
  • 1/4 cup tightly packed basil leaves
  • 3 tbl lemon juice
  • 2 tbl mayonnaise or non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve alongside crudites.
