Frozen Fruit Cups


  • 16 oz. strawberries, sliced
  • 12 oz. orange juice
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges, undrained
  • 6 bananas, diced
  • 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
  • 16 oz. frozen blueberries


Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl. Freeze in 16 one-cup increments.

Thaw slightly to a slushy consistency before serving.

Parent Tip: Put a frozen cup in your kids’ lunch box and by lunchtime, it will melt into a delicious sorbet-like consistency while the rest of their lunch stays fresh and cool.
