Nashoba Brook 7 Grain Bread, Half Loaf, Deli Sliced

The 7 grain breads are made from a rich blend of wheat, flax, barley, oat, millet, cornmeal and rye and slightly sweetened with dates. Created from a natural sourdough starter, each loaf is formed by hand and baked using Nashoba's own Slow Rise baking process.
