Organic Cabbage

Cabbage is a year-round staple with hardy leaves that can be used in a wide array of dishes, from stuffed cabbage leaves to coleslaw to sauerkraut to soups and stews. You may see a number of different varieties throughout the year, from green to red and savoy to Napa, though we generally only have one at any given time.
