Organic Turnips

Turnips come in many colors and have many uses in the kitchen. From the sweet, white Hakurei, which is great as a crisp addition to salads and slaws, to the more well-known purple top, which is better suited to soups and roasting, we'll have local organic turnips available for much of the year.

Depending on the time of year, they may come bunched with the spicy greens still attached or loose with just the roots.
