Owner Joe Czajkowski’s family has been farming in the Connecticut River Valley for generations. We’re happy to partner with Joe and benefit from his keen observation, wealth of knowledge and creativity – all of which show through his excellent vegetables.
Much of the produce grown by Joe is sold directly to institutions, including public universities and hospitals. The farm also houses a processing operation that dices, chops and even makes vegetable noodles!
