RISE Brewing Co. traces its origins to friends making cold brew coffee in their NYC apartments.
They start with organic coffee grown in the high altitudes of Peru’s Chanchamayo Valley, which gives their cold brew a bold, chocolatey taste that is naturally sweet. They then condition the brew with nitrogen, a process which infuses a small amount of nitrogen and results in a creamy head and smooth finish.
As demand for their product grew, they moved production from their apartment kitchens, first to a garage and then to the brewery where their award-winning products are crafted today.
