Plum Salsa


  • 3-5 small-medium ripe plums, diced
  • 1/3 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp minced seeded fresh jalapeño pepper (wear rubber gloves)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp sugar, or to taste


In a bowl, combine the plums, the onion, the coriander, the mint, the jalapeño, the lime juice, and the sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
